Greetings flesh things!
I have been bitten well and truly by the Soulblight curse! The model range is an absolute cracker and I’m currently working my way through buying them month after month. It all started with the Cursed boxset, and I count myself lucky to have gotten one! The idea is to paint them straight out of the box, which is weird for me as I’m always chopping models up, it is however rather refreshing and I’ve taken to painting them as quickly as I can. Saying that though progress is slow, but I do suffer from having too much on my plate and my side plates 🙂
The models below are the first off the sprue and they all took roughly 3hrs to paint each. Contrast paints are a winner for this and I came up with a method of painting them, which I hope to share with you all on another post, that I’ll use for the rest of the boxset as well.
Hope you like them 🙂
Cracking job they look excellent. I missed out on Cursed City… I knownwhat you mean though if I had got a copy it would have been a real conundrum if to chop them up or not!

They may still release the models or at least I hope they will. 😁

Yeah I’ve seen some of the bad guys are already available. The price though….

Yes it’s a bit off putting and I wish they’d release them as separate models, but they would be around £20 each in that case so as long as you want them all it’s a saving….. of sorts 😄

Those are looking fantastic! I’m in the same boat as yourself, managed to snag a copy before anyone knew what a rare thing that would turn out to be, and was planning a few conversions but I don’t have the stomach for it now. As you rightly say though it’s fun to just build and paint once in a while. 🙂

Very rare! I also invested in the battle foam inserts for it! 😀
